Cindy is a quick movement workout. DO YOUR BEST TO HIT THE FULL RANGE OF MOTION.
Push ups need not be perfect. But you do need to touch your chest on the bottom, and lock out your elbows at the top.
Squats you must open your hips at the top and be below parallel at the bottom.
