B) 200M Run

C) 5-7-9-11-13-15.. Burpees

*Rotate Upon Completion of Every Athlete*
Every Partner will complete every part of the 5-200-5 before moving to the 7-200-7.

You must wait for each person to complete each peice before rotating.
