75 squats (object on shoulder)
25 object over shoulder
75 squats (object in front of body, bear hug)
*every 2 minutes BOTH partners complete 10 toes to bar**
Start with toes to bar. No minimum work before switching.
Go as heavy as you can handle
24 minute cap
